Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Personal or sanitary goods

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Item is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Item returned after 30 days

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may apply)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a store credit once the return is processed.

If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
